By accessing and using CRIAT and criat.net (hereafter referred to as “The Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

User Generated Content
You may post content on The Site as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or injurious in any other way to third parties.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful activities not otherwise covered above, including but not limited to attempting to compromise the security of any networked account or site, operating an illegal lottery or gambling operation, stalking, or making threats of harm.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions and/or any use by you of The Site shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Account Termination
CRIAT has the right to terminate your account and block your IP address from accessing The Site if we believe you have violated any of the terms of this agreement.
Modification of Terms
CRIAT has the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective upon posting to The Site. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CRIAT. CRIAT has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRIAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use The Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third-party on The Site.
